As a licensed builder with over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, I take pride in delivering high-quality residential projects that reflect both precision and care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of transforming homes across Sydney – from full-scale renovations and extensions to intricate design upgrades – ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. My approach is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and a genuine commitment to achieving exceptional results, which has led to a 90% client satisfaction rate, long-term client relationships built on trust and lots of returning clients.
For me, commercial fit-outs and renovating homes are far more than construction – it’s about creating meaningful spaces that enhance everyday living, building lasting relationships, and delivering a finished product that clients are truly proud to call home.
Outside of work, I’m a family man who enjoys spending weekends outdoors – whether it’s park runs, picnics, or training for my next marathon. Completing the UTA50 in the Blue Mountains and the Sydney Marathon over the past three years are milestones that reflect my drive, discipline, and persistence – qualities I bring into every project I take on. I also have a lifelong passion for aviation, a reminder of my fascination with precision engineering and design excellence.

Laeeq has been proudly building and transforming homes across Sydney for over 18 years. With extensive experience in home renovations, additions, and commercial fit-outs, he has developed a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and a genuine commitment to his clients. For Laeeq, construction is more than a trade – it’s about creating spaces that reflect the people who live and work in them.
Unlike many who focus solely on new builds, Laeeq chose to specialize in renovations because they challenge him to think creatively and solve problems daily – something he truly enjoys. His calm, solution-driven approach and attention to detail make him a trusted name among homeowners and businesses alike. Known for his honesty, dedication, and hands-on involvement, he takes great pride in turning complex ideas into beautifully finished spaces.
Away from work, Laeeq is a proud father of three and a deeply family-oriented man who finds balance through his hobby fishing. His go-to spot is Ettalong Beach in the Central Coast, where he enjoys chasing Jewfish (Mulloway) and spending peaceful moments by the water. Much like his work, fishing reflects his personality – patient, persistent, and always ready for the next challenge.
